There is a program box on the gym floor for our members to use there are 5 levels of difficulty and each difficulty has a full body, upper body, lower body and core workout for you to try.
Don't ever feel like you have no idea what you are doing in the gym ... try our programs!
In our gym the rules are:
Use a towel
Wipe down your equipmnt after use
Return your weights and equipment
Wear enclosed shoes
Whilst the gym for many people is a recreational/fun place injuries can occur if you are not smart and safe with how you use equipment.
Most of our machines have saftey features on them for you to set up prior to working out to keep you safe.
When signing up you are given the option to have an InBody scan at the start of your fitness journey to give yourself a baseline of your health. The scan shows your body composition all as a trackable number on a piece of paper. It is a great way to track your fitness, but dont be scared of taking one and seeing the numbers all it is is a ay to track it for yourself.
