Group Fitness Timetable


BOXERCISE: Suitable for all fitness levels, this class will boost your cardiovascular health, whilst building muscle definition and strength.


KICKBOXERCISE: Combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high energy class is suitable for all fitness levels and is sure to challenge your stamina.


PLATE & BAR:  A music based barbell workout that’s specifically designed to help you get strong, lean, toned and fit quickly! Bust over 1000 reps and burn up to 600 calories. Suitable for all fitness levels, you choose your weight.


HIIT: HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) consists of short, fast paced intervals of exercises followed by a period of rest. This type of training fires up your metabolism and gets your heart pumping.


METAFIT: Designed by a former marine, this class will push you to your limits! METAFIT is a high intensity workout including a series of dynamic body weight exercises with interval-style training. Designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete.


FIT 30: A 30 minute high intensity, high heart rate workout that achieves a high calorie burn. A combination of bodyweight, weight bearing and cardio based exercises are utilised to improve and challenge you’re aerobic fitness.


T45: A circuit style interval class that combines cardio and strength exercises for greater functional fitness and strength.


POWER 30: A high-intensity, strength based workout designed to improve your overall strength in a fast-paced environment. Scaled to your fitness level.


STRENGTH & CONDITIONING: Involves a wide range of exercises that are designed to build a variety of skills, with a focus on mind, mobility, flexibility, strength, endurance, powers, speed, agility and performance.


BOOTCAMP: Bootcamp workouts are always varied. They generally Include an intense combination of aerobic, strength and speed components of fitness within each session. Suitable for all fitness levels, scaled to you’re ability.


AEROBICS: A class choreographed to music, utilising weights and steps. This class is designed to get your heart pumping whilst having a great time.


SCULPT: Sculpt is a low impact, floor based class that uses hand weights and other studio equipment to condition and tone all body parts. It helps to improve your circulation, metabolism, physical strength, flexibility and posture.


REFORMER PILATES: Like other styles of pilates, reformer is a phenomenal workout for your bodies core muscles (the bodies powerhouse), whilst engaging all major muscle groups. Reformer pilates has a heavy emphasis on the alignment and accurate engagement of your muscles. This improves your overall posture, balance and stability.


PILATES 30: A 30 minute class designed to improve your overall flexibility, strength and balance. This is achieved through performing a sequence of exercises that lengthen and stretch all of your major muscle groups, with an emphasis on your core.


BARRE: Barre is a ballet inspired workout promising an added fitness challenge designed to strengthen and tone the muscles with a heavy focus on legs, glutes and core, with the added element of cardio. You are sure to burn those calories, whilst improving your poise and posture.


GENTLE BARRE: Gentle Barre is a slower paced version of our original Barre class. It is suitable for our senior and beginner members. Gentle Barre is a fusion of Pilates and Ballet that is entirely low impact with a focus on balance and strength.


YOGA: Yoga cultivates health and wellbeing (physical, emotional, mental and social) through the regular practice of a range of many different techniques, including postures and movement. Focuses on breath awareness  and breathing techniques that promote greater relaxation, self-enquiry and meditation.


GENTLE YOGA: Gentle yoga is a low intensity class with a focus on releasing tension, connecting with your breath and gaining greater strength and flexibility. Gentle yoga is designed to accomodate all levels of fitness.


KEEPING ACTIVE: Keeping Active is our award-winning group fitness classes specifically designed for 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and beyond! These classes combine cardio and resistance based training programs in a functional way to support healthy, active lifestyles. Anything from functional movement, strength, mobility, balance and circuit-style training may be included within the classes. Positive benefits of participating in this program  have been: reduced risk of falls, greater independence, lowered risk factors of diseases such as diabetes and blood pressure. Many friendships and fun memories have been made in our keeping active classes. All workouts are completed at your own pace and doctors clearance is required before attendance. Participants who have a pre-exisiting medical condition are required to complete a session with our Exercise Physiologist for an assessment, assuring that our group classes are suited to you as an individual. This exercise program is a great way to get you motivated to exercise in a social environment.


FIT KIDZ: A kids class “just for fun” for children aged 7-12 years. Promoting physical activity in a fun environment and encouraging children to stay active for life. 


FIT TEENS: A class tailored for teenagers aged 13-17. This class is designed to teach teenagers the fundamentals of fitness and encouraging them to stay active.
