Group Fitness Timetable


CORE BLAST: A 30 minute blast of those abs, use it as a quick ‘get in and out’ workout or as a finisher to your workout.

PLATE AND BAR: A music based barbell workout that’s specifically designed to help get you strong, lean, toned and fit quickly! Bust over 1000 reps and burn up to 600 calories. Suitable for all levels, you choose your weight

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING: Involves a wide range of exercises developed to build a variety of skills with a focus on mind, mobility, stability, strength, endurance, power, speed, agility and performance.


METCON: Metabolic conditioning class designed to increase metabolic demand and increase energy usage. The short bouts of higher intensity training will leave you dripping with sweat but wanting more!

METAFIT: Designed by a former marine, this class will be sure to push you to your limits! METAFIT is a high intensity workout including a series of dynamic bodyweight exercises with interval style training, designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete. 


METAPWR: Sticking to the Metafit fundamental training principles, METAPWR is a power intervals class, using functional equipment to work muscles and boost metabolism. The 30 minute class includes resistance and bodyweight exercises that work to develop strength and power whilst also giving you an intense cardio workout.

KEEPING ACTIVE: Keeping Active is our award winning group fitness classes specifically designed for 50s 60s 70s 80s and beyond. These classes combine cardio and resistance based training programs in a functional way to support healthy active life styles.  Anything from Functional movement, strength, mobility, balance and circuit style training. Positive benefits of participating in this program have been- reduced risk of falls, keeping members independent longer, lowered the rick of various conditions such as diabetes and blood pressure and overall, many friendships and laughs are had. All workouts are done at your pace and before attending a doctors clearance is required. Participants whom have a pre-existing condition do require a session with our Exercise Physiologist for an assessment to ensure the keeping active group is suitable. This exercise program will get you connected in a great motivating social way.

CYCLE: Your instructor will keep you and your muscles fully engaged the entire class. Expect a mix of climbing hills, sprinting, standing, and flat rides. By changing up the pace and intensity, your instructor will make sure you get an amazing workout.

BOX & BIKE: High-energy, choreographed group fitness class to music. Combining upper and lower body conditioning all on a bike, it is the ultimate low impact, cardio and resistance style class in one, and is suitable for all fitness levels. Results can be achieved rapidly on this endorphin-releasing ride.

BOOTCAMP: Boot camp workouts are always varied. They generally include an intense mix of aerobic, strength training and speed elements within each class session. A boot camp workout is essentially a type of interval training — bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity. Suitable for all fitness levels.

REFORMER PILATES:  Like other styles of Pilates, reformer is a phenomenal workout for your body's “powerhouse,” or your abs, lower back, hips and glutes. It is heavily focused on alignment and accurate muscle engagement, which can lead to improved posture, better balance and more stability, especially when in motion.

MAT PILATES: A mat class will work your entire body, but most of the exercises have you either seated or lying on the floor. The beginning of the class should focus on engaging your deep abs in neutral spine as well as with a rounded back. In a classic mat class, the killer abdominal exercise the 100s.

YOGA: Yoga cultivates health and wellbeing (physical, emotional, mental and social) through the regular practice of a range of many different techniques, including postures and movement, breath awareness
and breathing exercises, relaxation and concentration, self-inquiry and meditation.


GENTLE YOGA: Gentle Yoga is a low intensity class with focus on releasing tension, connecting with the breath and helping gain strength and flexibility. Gentle Yoga is designed to accomodate all levels of fitness. 

TAI CHI:  As a form of exercise, it combines gentle physical exercise and stretching with mindfulness. Research shows that tai Chi improves balance, control, fitness, and flexibility, and might cut the risk of falls in older people,

BARRE: Barre is a ballet inspired workout promising an added fitness challenge designed to strengthen and tone the muscles including heavy focus on the legs, glutes, and core. With an added element of cardio, you will be sure to burn those calories while improving on your poise and posture!

FIT KIDZ: A just for fun fitness class for kids aged 7 - 12. Promoting physical activity in a fun environment, we aim to inspire children to make healthy choices and stay active!
