All group classes, client bookings with our Exercise Physiologists and Reception will close down for the Christmas Break. If sending through an inquiry please expect a delay in response until after the break.

From the Monday, all Client bookings with our Exercise Physiologists will resume as normal. Classes will return but with a limited timetable until the end of January due to school holidays. Reception hours will be limited. Please note all enquiries will be best answered via email during this period.
