Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout that focuses on building core strength, improving posture, and enhancing flexibility. Using a spring-loaded reformer machine, this class offers controlled resistance to help tone muscles, improve balance, and support joint health.

Perfect for all fitness levels, Reformer Pilates is especially beneficial for injury prevention, rehabilitation, and improving overall body awareness—all in a supportive, small group setting.

keeping active

Our award-winning group fitness program is thoughtfully designed for individuals in their 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s and beyond. Classes labelled Keeping Active or Gentle are specifically tailored to support healthy ageing, with a focus on strength, mobility, balance, and cardiovascular fitness — all essential for maintaining independence and quality of life.

Each session is individualised to suit varying needs and abilities, creating a safe, supportive, and social environmentwhere participants can build confidence, reduce their risk of falls, and enhance their overall wellbeing.

To ensure safety and optimal results, a doctor’s clearance is required prior to participation. Individuals with pre-existing health conditions will also need to complete an assessment with our Exercise Physiologist to develop a personalised and effective plan.

shred

A fast, high-energy 30-minute group workout designed to get your heart rate up and burn maximum calories in minimal time. Fit 30 combines bodyweight and resistance exercises with bursts of cardio to challenge your aerobic fitness and build strength. Expect a dynamic, high-intensity session that fits into even the busiest schedule.

Please note: Participants should complete their own warm-up and cool-down before and after the class.

circuit

A dynamic, varied workout combining strength, speed, and endurance training. This high-energy class features a mix of cardio, resistance, and functional exercises—designed to be scalable for all fitness levels.

total body pump

Experience a motivating, music-driven workout that combines aerobic step, barbell, and weights for a balanced full-body session. Over 60 minutes, you’ll build strength, improve endurance, and enhance coordination, all while enjoying a dynamic and engaging atmosphere. Suitable for all fitness levels, Total Body Pump is a rewarding way to feel stronger and more confident.

fundamental / strength mat pilates

Both are mat-based Pilates classes. Fundamental Pilates focuses on the basics of Pilates, stripping it back to the core principles - concentration, control, centering, precision, breath and flow. Perfect for beginners or those wanting to improve their Pilates Practise and re-visit their foundations.

Strength Pilates takes it to the next level, incorporating strength elements to create a more invigorating class and challenge the body.

Hot pilates

Hot Pilates is a mat-based Pilates class held in a warm room, designed to challenge your strength, flexibility, and endurance. Using Pilates principles and sometimes accessories, the class engages your core, improves posture, and enhances body awareness. The heated environment encourages sweating, which can help detoxify the body, boost circulation, increase calorie burn, and leave you feeling energized and invigorated.

aerobic step

A lively 60-minute step class set to energizing music that keeps your heart pumping. This dynamic workout focuses on improving cardiovascular fitness and coordination, with exercises adaptable to all fitness levels. A fun and effective way to boost your endurance and stay active.

strength + conditioning

A full-body group workout designed to build muscle, boost strength, and improve overall performance. This class combines resistance training and functional movements to help you lift, push, and pull your way to a stronger, more resilient body. Ideal for anyone looking to enhance their power, endurance, and physical capability.

qi gong

A gentle, mindful practice combining slow, flowing movements with focused breathing and meditation. Qi Gong promotes balance, relaxation, and overall wellbeing by enhancing energy flow and reducing stress. Suitable for all fitness levels, it’s an ideal class for improving flexibility, calmness, and body awareness.

weights / strength

A 45 minute strength-focused session using weights and equipment to target muscle development. This class helps improve muscle strength, posture, and injury prevention, while also supporting bone health and reducing the risk of osteoporosis. For optimal results, participation twice a week is recommended.

Roll + Release

Roll and Release is a restorative class led by Wendy that uses rollers, pressure balls, and targeted iso stretches to release tension, ease pressure points, and restore mobility. Perfect for winding down, improving flexibility, and leaving your body feeling relaxed and refreshed.
