  • “I really enjoy attending the Boonah Health Hub. The combination of the gym, pilates and allied health services has helped me. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely care. • “This venue is a valuable asset to our community”

“Boonah health hub is an amazing facility for this town. It has always been a motivating environment. Everyone has their limitations yet still they come in and do what they can do anyway. It’s amazing just how much the Boonah health hub has grown since opening in 2015 and branching into exercise physiology in recent years.”

  • “ Whether you're after general fitness, rehab, or more specialised programming, it's a solid setup — highly recommend it to anyone in the Boonah area looking for a gym that actually cares about getting results.”

  • “Fit Up Fitness has been a great find in Boonah. What stands out is the range of services under one roof — having exercise physiologists, personal trainers, and physios all onsite makes it easy to get proper, tailored support rather than bouncing between different providers around town. The staff are genuinely encouraging and take the time to get to know you and your goals, which makes a big difference when you're trying to stay consistent.”

  • “Best gym I’ve been to!!”

“Everyone is so friendly, the equipment is great and the outdoor area makes it! It’s so nice being able to train outdoors in nature. It’s never too busy and even when it picks up there’s heaps of space. Lainey and the team are great, it’s a lovely community. Will definitely be back next time we’re in Boonah :)”
