Training that fits you.
Every session is tailored to you, and because we sit alongside our allied health team, your training can work hand in hand with your physio, EP or dietitian
-
Your session, your goals, your pace. One-on-one training gives you a trainer’s full attention for the whole session, so every exercise is set up, coached and adjusted for you. We’ll build a program around what you want to achieve, whether that’s getting stronger, feeling fitter or building confidence in the gym, and progress it as you improve. Sessions are [30 / 45 / 60] minutes and can be booked weekly, fortnightly or whenever suits your schedule. It’s ideal if you’re new to training, want accountability, or want to get more out of your time in the gym.
-
Training is better with company. Bring a friend, partner or family member and share a session (and the cost). You’ll each get a program that suits your own level, while keeping each other motivated and accountable. Small group sessions of [2–4] people offer the same personalised coaching as 1:1 in a more social setting. It’s a great option if you love the energy of training together but still want expert guidance on technique and progress.
-
Real results come from a plan you can actually stick to. We’ll set realistic goals together and build a strength-based program that helps you burn fat, build muscle and feel better day to day. Progress is tracked with regular InBody scans, so you can see changes in muscle, body fat and more, not just the number on the scales. With access to our in-house dietitian, you can also get support with nutrition to match your training.
-
Whether you’re coming back from an injury or want to stay strong and independent as you age, we’ll help you move with confidence. Our trainers work closely with the Hub’s physiotherapists and exercise physiologists, so your training can follow on safely from your treatment. Programs focus on strength, balance, mobility and everyday movement, progressing at a pace that’s right for your body. If you’ve been referred by one of our practitioners, let us know when you book and we’ll make sure everyone’s on the same page.
